Returns Policy – 7 Days After Product Delivery
We strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality solar products that meet their expectations. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your product.
Eligibility for Returns
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and included components must be returned.
- The product must be in resellable condition.
Please note that returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of installation, physical damage, or misuse.
Return Process :-
1. Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the product if needed.
2. Return Approval
Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product back.
3. Shipping the Product
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered.
4. Inspection & Refund
- Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged as requested.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed solar panels, inverters, or batteries
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation
- Clearance or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.
